Lost Landscapes
[Can I take you on a walk until you fall in love with earth again?]
‘Lost landscapes’ is a beautiful and intense day in late summer 2016. The pianist Moisès Fernández Via together with the violinist Joanna Kamenarska, arrived at the Ozawa Hall stage in Tanglewood fully prepared to miss themselves in the musical landscapes of Schubert and Rautavaara.
A few weeks before recording, the basic reason for the project - the protagonists and main collaborators, the great Abbas Kiarostami and Einojuhani Rautavaara - they left us irreparably unexpected: two landscapes lost in their own shortcut to become always and thus not have to never exhaust its indelible beauty.
I participated in this very special project designing and preparing the visual concept, packaging and postcards. In collaboration with Kiarostami Foundation.
